Pure In Heart
Blessed are the pure in heart, for they shall see God. Matthew 5:8
Pure- Free of any contamination
In this world it is difficult to say anything is pure, to say out of everything you’ve been through you’re not contaminated, and lastly to say you still believe in the process.
Through trials and tribulations, when it feels like everything is working against you, when you cry more than you smile, when you’ve given so much and wonder if you have anything left for yourself…
Why do the negative feelings/reactions seem to be second nature?
How do you not become bitter, hopeless, and selfish?

Bitter to Better
Hopeless to Hopeful
Selfish to Selfless
To the pure, all things are pure, but to the defiled and unbelieving, nothing is pure; but both their minds and their consciences are defiled. Titus 1:15
I’m learning that one essential part to being pure in heart is baring your scars for first your loved ones, then for the world to see, and to not be fearful or ashamed.
I don’t want anyone to confuse trials for losing, they are lessons.
Through these lessons God is equipping you to gain more than what you could have ever asked for.
In your trials, you GAIN everything that is apart of who you are becoming, and where you are going. Be proud of the difficulties you persevered through, because they proved a strength in you that you didn't know you had as well as the all of the love and help you are surrounded by.
I oftentimes hear what God destined for you is IN YOU, so for your victory you should address those discrepancies within yourself for proper healing. That means going forward and choosing life in your presumably dead circumstances.
Make the choice to not allow the hard times take your hopeful outlook, your happiness, and your unconditional love.
A joyful heart is good medicine, but a crushed spirit dries up the bones. Proverbs 22:27
You Are Blessed,
